Ok, so I’m sitting right there at the interview as Finn’s talking about the Testor’s paints. I’m nodding right along, cause yes, I did the same thing, at the same time, only with one of the Grenadier AD&D longboxes.
Then I upload the picture for the ‘cast and I actually see what he means by “slapped some Testors enamel on ’em.”
Yea.
“I wanna be a Red Vat painter … ” 😉
a big thank you to finn for remaining on point and sounding very clear. kudos!
so…. when is the next is the next painting day at endgame?
Awesome show! I was a terrible minis painter for years, and graduated up to mediocre in 2004. It’s always great to hear a skilled craftsman talk shop. I’m about to start the Legion in 10 Days regimen from Brushthralls.com, and this was a nice, inspirational start.
I’m making my way through the archives on my iPhone, but the mp3 for this episode seems to be missing.
